My Diet Journey || Week 4

Week 4

09.02.20

I  started this journey on the 13.01.20, almost a month ago. So far I lost 12lb, but don't forget this total weight loss does not include my weight in which is due tomorrow. I  hope I  lost at least 1 and a 1/2 lb but we shall see.

How have been feeling:
My parents now left UK and they travel back to their home in South of France. I am not going to lie but I was pleased to go back to my diet routine, as my parents put me to the test and, even so I did not went off the rail, it was challenging.  So difficult than toward the end of their holiday I did crack down and had a good cry. I was upset and I guess tired of the constant extra effort I had to put in during their stayed. They bough so many pack of crisp, cheeses, biscuits and so on that were just in all my kitchen cupboards... along with going out frequently (pubs and restaurants)  was very hard on me especially to see other gorging themselves when you purely can't.
Whoever says diet are easy clearly they have never spent a week with others that are tempting you on a daily basis with everything but diet food.

I am back on track and that s a good feeling , I am also back on track with the gym and that's what I like too.

This week no recipe to share as I did not follow any from Slimming World magazine or else but I need to go back on the SW recipes wagon too so hopefully by next week I will share something yummy and exciting with you all.

Sorry this week is a short one but hopefully I would have more exciting things to talk about next week. Stay tuned and I am thinking to do an example of what I eat a day so you could have an idea of what S.W. is about. Let me know if you think this could be a good idea.
